Our Mission
Star Seekers Production Mission Statement
Star Seekers Production seeks to create a learning environment that's both challenging and exciting. The environment at Star Seekers Production encourages high expectations for success through development and appropriate instruction tailored for individual differences and learning styles.
Your dancer should be able to walk away from Star Seekers Production with the knowledge of correct terminology and proper technique. Most importantly, the lessons you learn in class are lessons needed to be successful in life. Open registration for Summer and Fall classes begin on May 20, 2023. All classes are available on a first come, first served basis.
Proper Class Attire
- Technique
- Girls: black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in a bun on top of the head
- Boys: black shorts above the knees, dance belt, white t-shirt / tank, black ballet shoes, hair out of your face
- Hip Hop
- Girls: required to be in sweats or shorts, bring tennis shoes, socks, and a t-shirt / tank
- Boys: required to be in sweats or shorts, dance belt, bring tennis shoes, socks, and a t-shirt / tank
- Other Styles
- Girls: required to be in a leotard, tights, dance pants, and sweatshirt, with hair up and out of your face
- Boys: required to wear shorts, sweatpants, dance belt, tank, t-shirt, and have hair out of face
Shoe Information
All recreational dance classes require a specific style of ballet, jazz, and tap shoes.
All dance shoes can be purchased at Step 'n' Stretch in Minnetonka by the end of August. They will have a studio book located in their store. Put your name on all belongings, that way if you leave anything behind, we can make sure it gets back to you.
