Crystal Pawelk - Star Seekers Production Artistic Director and Owner
She began her studies at Westonka School of Dance and then completed seven years at the Dance Shoppe. She has danced for the Hennepin Arts Center in Minneapolis and has performed at the Guthrie Theater and Coffman Union Memorial in Minneapolis. You can also find her teaching for corporate events or Flash Mobs for Wedding Parties.
She spends her time choreographing tap, jazz, hip hop, ballet, contemporary lyrical, etc. and sharing with her students the importance of giving and receiving emotion through dance. Her summers are spent teaching master classes at other studios in the area or for Charity events like "Camp Heartland." She's very proud of the recent accomplishments of her dancers.
Within the past three years, students have received scholarships by Wade Robson, Mia Michaels, Criss Judd, and Dave Scott. She's honored to be able to bring some big-city opportunities to the small community of Delano. She's earned a Dance Educator Scholarship three times, given out by The Pulse on Tour and the Broadway Dance Center in NYC.

Joshua Pawelk - Co-director, Instructor and Choreographer
In Josh Pawelk's past 19 years of ongoing training, he has studied ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and modern, just to name a few. While in Chicago he has performed in the Magnificent Mile Light Festival, Dance Chicago, Market Days, and the Annual Chicago House Benefit. He has danced for Body Movin' Dance and Choreography, Irreverence Dance & Theatre Co., and for Corpo Dance Company.
When he is not in the Windy City, he resides here in Minnesota and is a master teacher for numerous surrounding dance studios. You can also find him choreographing for collegiate dance teams, holding master classes, and performing for recording artists. Josh has been dancing forever, choreographing since childhood and teaching for a little over a decade now. Dance has been a massive influence in Josh's past and present.
